How booking a tow truck works
The same process applies in every city we cover: one call, one total, a texted pay link, and a truck sent to the vehicle.

Step 2
Hear the price
Tell dispatch where the vehicle should go. You get the hookup plus the estimated loaded miles as one number before you say yes.
Step 3
Pay by text link
Once the job is priced, a secure Stripe pay link is texted to your mobile. No cash needed at the curb.
Step 4
Truck arrives
Stay with the vehicle if it is safe to do so, keep hazards on, and have keys ready for the driver.
How the price is figured
The $50 hookup covers arrival and getting the vehicle secured, then each loaded mile runs $3.50 to $5.00 depending on the truck and route. A 10-mile tow therefore lands around $85–$100. Winching, a vehicle stuck off the pavement, or a tight garage adds time, and dispatch tells you that before the truck is assigned.

Can I choose where my car is towed?
Yes. Name any repair shop, dealer, home, or storage lot. The price is based on the loaded miles from pickup to that destination.
How do I pay for the tow?
After dispatch prices the job, a Stripe payment link is texted to your mobile phone so you can pay by card.
